From the Truck Driver's perspective, it's five easy steps...

From start to finish, your Drivers will discover that our Concrete Reclaimer Unit is both convenient and easy to operate.

In no more time than it takes to flush their mixing drum by any other means, they can get the job done easily and safely!
Step 1 - Position the Truck And while your Drivers enjoy the convenience of our Concrete Reclaimer Unit, you can rest assured it's done effectively.

Best of all, you'll know that you're also recovering valuable aggregate and sand for reused on the next batch of concrete!

Step 1
Position the Truck

Step 2 - Position the Chute and Overhead Water Hose Step 3 - Press the Start Button Step 4 - Add Water to the Truck's Mixing Drum Step 5 - Discharge Waste Concrete & Flush Drum

The Unit then takes over the concrete reclaiming process...

Step 6 - The Slurry is pumped to the Aggregate Classifier Step 7 - Gravel and Sand are Reclaimed Step 8 - Process Water and Cement Sediments are pumped to the Settling Tanks Step 9 - Clarified Water is returned to the Reclaimer Unit
Step 6
Slurry is pumped to the Aggregate Classifier
Step 7
Gravel and Sand
are Reclaimed
Step 8
Process Water and Sediments are pumped to the Settling Tanks
Step 9
Clarified Water is returned
to the Reclaimer Unit

After the driver does his part, the unit takes over, and automatically cleans and separates all aggregate, and discharges clean dry sand in a separate pile for reuse.

The Concrete Reclaimer Unit then deposits the diluted cement to a Settling Tank for easy removal by a small loader.

Step 10 - The Settling Tanks are Periodically Cleaned Because the Concrete Reclaimer Unit is fully self contained and above ground, set-up and transportation to another site is easy, and no special in-ground sludge pits need to be built.

Without a doubt, Concrete Reclaimers offers a total solution that is easy to use, simple to maintain and well worth the investment!

Step 10
Settling Tanks are Periodically Cleaned
The diluted cement sediments can then be recycled with crushed concrete to recover every last element of your waste concrete!
